To register and maintain an active phkay account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
21+ Only — Zero Tolerance: phkay operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all deposits will be returned to the funding source. Any winnings accumulated on an underage account are forfeited in full.
phkay reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and place of residence at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension pending resolution.
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the phkay platform at any time. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same identity or any alternative identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
phkay is required under applicable regulations to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PhilSys National ID, or other valid government-issued IDs as determined by phkay from time to time.
KYC verification is a one-time process. Once completed and approved, no further ID submission is required for standard withdrawals. phkay may require re-verification in certain circumstances, including changes to account details or as required by applicable law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phkay login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or not, is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified phkay of unauthorized access. phkay will never ask you for your password through any channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phkay's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount of real money funds held in that member's phkay wallet at the time the claim arises.
phkay shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings; (c) interruption of service arising from causes outside phkay's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet service provider failures, or force majeure events; (d) actions taken by phkay in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or transaction review.
Gambling Risk: phkay provides an entertainment platform. All wagering involves financial risk, and members may lose the money they deposit and wager. phkay does not guarantee any outcome, profit, or return on any wager placed through the platform.
phkay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phkay's internal complaints process, both parties agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the phkay platform.
phkay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phkay will use reasonable efforts to notify active members — for example, via a notice on the phkay platform, an in-account notification, or an email to the registered address on file. Notification of minor or editorial updates may not be provided.
Updated Terms are effective as of the date published on this page. Members who do not agree with any amendment must cease using the phkay platform and request account closure before the effective date of the updated Terms.
